What you will do
- Proactively acquire new partners for Ovoko both remotely and through face-to-face engagement.
- Be responsible for the full deal cycle: from lead qualification through closing to activating.
- Gain and share valuable insights to help us grow our business in Romania.
- Assess the potential of partners and qualify them.
- Negotiate and close deals with new partners.
- Onboard and train new partners, ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
- Partner with the Supplier Support and Account Management team to ensure a seamless transition of support.
What is expected
- 3+ years of experience in a target-driven sales and customer engagement environment.
- A hustler who wants to get stuff done and help build Ovoko.
- A “hunter” who likes to take on new leads and close deals.
- A digital native, who has a basic understanding of software / database integration.
- Open mindedness and ability to quickly adapt to the changing environment.
- Previous experience in B2B field sales and/or marketplace start-ups would be a big plus.
- Fluent Romanian & English.

- The offered salary for this position starts at 2000 € (gross) per month. Please keep in mind that we are open to discuss your salary expectations based on your competencies and experience.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The role of the SMB Sales Specialist involves the remote acquisition of Ovoko Partners across Romania. Key tasks include initiating contact with sellers of used car parts, qualifying them, presenting our solutions, closing deals, and training them on how to use the Ovoko platform. It is crucial to build engagement with the sellers and convert them into well-functioning and educated Partners.
