What you will do
- Develop business within assigned customers by identifying new project opportunities, expanding existing engagements, and supporting upsell and crosssell initiatives
- To grow enterprise solutions business in Lithuania by new customers
- Identify, plan, and execute business development initiatives that expand solution adoption, project pipeline, and revenue within targeted market segments and assigned customers
- Build, develop, and maintain longterm professional relationships with system integrators, resellers, and a defined portfolio of strategic customers
- Manage the full enterprise project sales lifecycle, including opportunity identification and qualification, coordination of technical resources, solution development, commercial structuring, and deal closure
- Maintain accurate pipeline management, opportunity tracking, forecasting, and reporting in CRM systems in accordance with ASBIS corporate processes
- Represent ASBIS in customer meetings, partner engagements, workshops, and industry events to strengthen solution awareness and longterm relationships
- Generate sales to achieve annual sales targets and KPIs
- Collaborate closely with product management and marketing teams to execute gotomarket initiatives, partner enablement programs and training events for partners and BEU
What is expected
- Higher education, preferably within the same industry or a related field
- Experience in business development, partnership management, or sales, preferably within the same industry or related field
- Good command of Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken
