What you will do

Use Sales tools and AI to identify businesses in need of stablecoin and cryptocurrency payments.
Reach out via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, community gatherings, special events and other creative ways to book qualified enterprise-level meetings.
Use HubSpot to log every interaction, ensuring no lead is left behind.
Know your numbers by heart, and report them during individual meetings with team leads and team meetings.

What is expected

+2 years in sales (experience in international startups or payments is a huge plus), consulting, or venture capital
Very comfortable on the phone, attending events and working in fast-paced environments
Time management is your strong suit, and you thrive in autonomy.
You know when to multi-thread and when to keep it to a single stakeholder.
Strong listener, intellectually curious and capable of working in a team setting
You treat your sales pipeline like your own business
You're looking for a role that will both challenge your current skills and reward your efforts
You speak and write English perfectly. French, German or Spanish is a bonus

We specialize in creating innovative payment solutions, making it easy and convenient for businesses to pay and get paid with cryptocurrencies and stablecoins. With over a decade of experience and now a MiCA license, we've established ourselves as one of the leading players in our space, yet we're only getting started.

As a Business Development Representative, you will help CoinGate grow from a leader in stablecoins and crypto payments into a global financial institution.

Salary

€2,500 - €3,100 gross €/monthly gross + uncapped bonuses. (Open to discussion based on experience and performance during the interviews).
