What you will do

Work on private cloud and remotely hosted infrastructure configuration, automation, and testing
Take care of scaling our infrastructure
Ensure that infrastructure systems are monitored, audited, and alerting configured
Ensure systems are secure, compliant, and up-to-date with the latest patches and protocols
Troubleshoot infrastructure related issues and outages
Stay current with the latest infrastructure developments, and tooling available.

What is expected

Strong understanding of Linux-based systems and servers
Hands-on experience with automation/configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, SaltStack)
Proficiency in working with container systems (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker)
Familiarity with databases, especially MySQL and Redis-like key-value databases
Strong ability to prioritize and focus on high-impact work.

Nice to have

Basic experience with Python, Bash, Go, or other languages for custom automation scripting
Experience with Kafka/Redpanda
Experience with RabbitMQ
Experience with HAProxy.
