What you will do

Develop and execute SEO strategies that increase Ondato’s organic visibility, attract relevant traffic, and generate qualified leads.
Work with content, PPC, and sales teams to identify growth opportunities and help guide Ondato’s content strategy around customer needs and search intent.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page optimisation to improve existing pages and identify opportunities for new content.
Identify and prioritise technical SEO improvements, working with developers to implement changes and verify their effectiveness.
Manage backlink acquisition and outreach, focusing on relevant, high-quality links.
Monitor and analyse organic search performance, turning insights into actionable improvements and measuring their impact on traffic and qualified leads.
Help build Ondato’s visibility strategy for AI-powered search and LLM-generated answers, testing approaches and tracking results.

What is expected

4+ years of hands-on SEO experience, with demonstrated improvements in organic search performance.
Practical experience in both technical and content SEO, including keyword research, on-page optimisation, and technical audits.
Experience using Google Search Console, GA4, and Ahrefs or similar SEO research tools.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations and measure their impact.
Ability to take ownership of SEO initiatives, prioritise work independently, and coordinate implementation with content and development teams.
Experience managing backlink acquisition and outreach.
