Mid/Senior Marketing Data Analyst

If you want to

Act as an analytical partner by building robust, end-to-end analytics solutions that empower marketing stakeholders to make smarter, faster decisions;

Design clean, scalable data models and reporting layers to ensure reliable reporting;

Push the boundaries of how data is used by challenging assumptions, uncovering opportunities, and driving continuous improvement;

Translate complex data into clear, actionable visualizations and narratives;

Ensure that data products (dashboards, models) align with current principles, guidelines, and standards;

Advocate for data literacy and enablement, helping others self-serve and interpret data confidently.

Proven experience in an analytical role;

Advanced proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write performant and complex queries.

Experience with modern analytics stacks and workflows (e.g., dbt, Looker/Tableau, Git);

Strong business acumen, with the ability to challenge vague requests, clarify impact, and guide stakeholders toward meaningful, data-driven decisions;

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to manage end-to-end projects;

Proven ability to turn messy, ambiguous product or business problems into structured analytical workstreams with clear outcomes.
