What you will do

Design intuitive and consistent experiences across Ondato OS
Own design tasks from problem definition and requirements to flows, prototypes, validation, and final UI.
Collaborate with Product Managers and engineers to explore solutions and bring features to production.
Work closely with other designers to contribute to our design system and maintain consistency across products.
Use research, product data, business requirements, and user feedback to identify problems and improvements.
Conduct user interviews and usability tests and turn findings into design improvements.
Ensure designs cover accessibility, responsive behavior, edge cases, error states, and technical constraints.
Clearly communicate and support your design decisions.

What is expected

3+ years of UX/UI or Product Design experience.
Strong UX, interaction design, information architecture, and UI design fundamentals.
Experience designing complex workflows, forms, dashboards, data-heavy interfaces, or admin tools.
Ability to work across the full design process - from discovery to implementation.
Ability to work independently, identify missing information, ask the right questions, and move work forward.
Experience independently conducting user interviews and usability testing.
Experience working with and contributing to design systems.
Strong attention to detail and consistency.
Good written and spoken English.

Ondato is a leading provider of identity verification, compliance, and KYC solutions, helping businesses streamline onboarding processes and stay ahead in a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape. We are now building the next generation of Ondato OS - a unified operational environment that connects our compliance tools, workflows, integrations, and automation capabilities into one seamless ecosystem.

We’re looking for a Product Designer to help us make that complexity feel simple. You’ll work on the core experience through which our clients configure onboarding and compliance processes, manage cases, automate decisions, investigate risks and interact with Ondato’s products.

This is a role for someone who enjoys solving complex B2B problems, can take a problem from discovery to a polished experience, and wants their work to have a visible impact on the product. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, engineers, compliance experts, and customers - from understanding problems and gathering requirements to validating solutions and delivering implementation-ready designs.
