Additional Information

Innovations Vilnius is a group focused on building the next unicorn built from within Wix. It’s a group of experienced software engineers, designers and entrepreneurs who are world-class builders who always felt they could do it faster, better and different. The group is working on completely new products, not related to main Wix business and have a freedom to experiment in the whole lifecycle: ideation, building, GTM, pivots. We believe in product-led growth (PLG) type of businesses where quality, usefulness and user retention matter a lot. We believe Product Designers play a pivotal role in such environment.

At Wix, we believe our best work happens together. Our work model is fully in person, with 5 days a week from our office. Flexibility remains a core value at Wix and special requests are handled thoughtfully at the team level.
