What you will do

Work closely with the customer support team to ensure current AI chat bot solution delivers value to customers and organisation.
Help the organization adopt AI tools and automate internal processes.
Develop, train and deploy ML models.
Build and deploy various AI driven solutions.
Collaborate with product teams to convert AI/ML ideas into features for users.
Monitor and ensure AI/ML solutions performance and quality.
Maintain reproducible code, testing and documentation standards.

What is expected

Hands‑on experience developing and deploying ML models or AI solutions to production.
Proficiency in Python and core ML libraries (Pandas, PyTorch, etc.).
Strong understanding of statistics, probability, A/B testing, feature engineering and validation.
Experience deploying AI features using Docker and API‑based microservices.
Ability to juggle smooth communication and project execution.

Nice to have

Knowledge of IoT / connected device data flows.
Knowledge of experiment design and A/B testing.
General understanding of CI/CD concepts.
