What is expected

Degree or vocational qualification in IT, or comparable professional experience.
Hands-on experience securing Windows Server environments through hardening, security configuration, and vulnerability remediation.
Understanding of privileged access management and secure handling of privileged and service account.
Experience supporting patching, security monitoring, and compliance activities across server environments.
Practical knowledge of Group Policy, Active Directory, PowerShell and virtualization.
Familiar with ITIL-based incident and change processes, operational documentation, and international team collaboration.
Familiarity with security frameworks and standards such as NIST, ISO/IEC 27001.
Experience with Azure, AWS, VMware, RDS, VDI, or remote-access technologies.
Knowledge of IIS, Windows certificate management, or CyberArk.
MCSE: Cloud Platform and Infrastructure certification; relevant Microsoft, cloud, infrastructure, or security certifications.
