In this senior-level position, you’ll take ownership of the visual direction, create standout graphics, edit compelling video content, and collaborate closely with marketers to craft data-informed campaigns that convert. Design high-performing ad creatives for Meta, Gaming Apps, and other channels

Edit both long-form and short-form videos with a performance mindset — including YouTube content, Meta ads, hooks, cutdowns, and UGC-style edits

Location

• Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile Kaunas team members usually coming to the Vilnius office 2–3 times per week.
