Own and drive the product vision and long-term strategy, translating them into a clear roadmap and measurable goals aligned with business objectives;

Define and execute B2B strategies, with a focus on sales, business client, operations, and seamless onboarding flows for clients;

Maintain strong client retention and operational efficiencies;

Collaborate with marketing, sales, operations, engineering, design, and analytics teams;

Analyze product performance, metrics and results and identify areas for improvement;

Stay up-to-date with competitors, market, and industry trends.
