Main Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Forecasting: Take full ownership of planning, forecasting, and scaling high-volume PPC campaigns across your designated channels and beyond.

Budget & Performance Management: Manage large advertising budgets efficiently, optimizing daily to meet key ROI, ROAS, and CPI targets.

Testing & Optimization: Develop clear hypotheses, run thorough A/B tests, and analyze campaign data to continuously improve performance.

Creative Collaboration: Work closely with copywriters, designers, and product teams to create high-converting ad creatives and landing page experiences.

Quality & Tracking QA: Ensure error-free campaign setup and regularly audit tracking data across platforms to flag and fix discrepancies early.

Monitoring & Reporting: Track daily performance using platform interfaces, Tableau, and PostHog/GA4. Deliver clear, actionable reporting tailored to team and stakeholder needs.

Industry Insights: Stay up to date with the latest PPC trends, tools, and best practices, sharing relevant insights with the broader team.

Core Requirements

PPC Expertise: 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Microsoft (Bing) Ads. Experience with YouTube ads, app marketing and Apple Search Ads is a plus.

Large-Scale Experience: Proven track record managing global, high-budget campaigns (€1M+ monthly spend).

Analytics & Data Savvy: Deep understanding of digital marketing metrics and their relationships, with strong hands-on skills in GA4 explorations, Excel/Google Sheets pivot tables, and custom reporting. Experience with PostHog, Motion, Firebase, AppsFlyer, or Tableau is a plus.

Technical Tracking: Solid understanding of conversion setup and custom tracking configurations.

Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and spoken English, with strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with team members and vendors.

Self-Driven & Organized: Able to work highly independently or cross-functionally, manage competing priorities, and consistently deliver results.

Gross monthly salary range starts at 4300 eur, the final offer will depend on your competences.
