What you will do

Create and configure AI-powered tools and workflows for quality assurance and technical support
Develop instructions and prompts using generative AI platforms
Prepare the knowledge, examples, and reference materials required for each tool
Test AI-generated outputs to identify inaccurate, unclear, or incomplete results
Refine prompts and instructions based on test results and user feedback
Update existing tools when processes or requirements change
Explore new generative AI capabilities and identify practical applications for the team
Work closely with Quality Assurance, Technical Support, and Development teams to test and improve solutions.
