What is expected

Have 2+ years of solid software engineering experience. Node.js and TypeScript preferred, but not strictly necessary.
Agent-building experience isn't required, but it’s a huge plus. If you've never touched an agent framework before, that's completely fine - what matters is that you're genuinely curious and ready to learn quickly once you're here.
Be comfortable picking up new concepts on the fly, since things like retrieval systems, vector databases, and prompt writing don't need to be second nature yet.
Be familiar with Git and general good engineering habits, like testing your work and setting up smooth ways to ship code.
Have strong problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot and identify root causes of issues, whether in a traditional system or a brand-new agent workflow.
Be fluent in Lithuanian and English.
Salary
Gross salary range is 3000-6500 EUR/month. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
