What you will do

Start with six working days of training to learn about VPNs or eSIMs and its software’s features, capabilities, and limitations.
Learn how to deliver clear solutions by methodically following our internal support procedures and documentation.
Provide live chat support for Saily or Surfshark
Adapt to the customers needs and tackle a mix of challenges, from tricky VPN tunneling issues to simple billing inquiries.
Learn to prioritize, effectively managing 4-5 chats while delivering clear, high-quality support.
Take responsibility for your personal growth, by not only developing your own skills but also by helping new team members grow.

What is expected

Speak fluent English (C1 or native).
Available to work from our office in Vilnius.
Willing to work the evening shift.
Can commit to 32 (13:30-22:00 and 17:00-22:00)or 40 hours weekly (13:30-22:00)
Solid know-how of Windows/macOS and Android/iOS.
Ability to handle high volumes of technical information.
Having a customer-first approach combined with critical thinking.
A background in IT, cybersecurity, or VPN/eSIM technology is a strong advantage.
