We're growing and looking for a Brand Lead to join our Marketing team. In the coming years Eldorado is committed to increasingly invest, assess and optimize activities in upper funnel, brand positioning and offline campaigns. This is an opportunity to build Eldorado’s upper funnel strategy from the ground up in the US and expand globally. You'll own our brand strategy, 360 campaigns (including offline), organic content and community management globally. From positioning and campaign development to budget and team leadership, making sure everything we do ladders back to the business objectives and shows up as a genuine challenger brand. You will manage a team of several people and report to our CMO.

👉 POSITION BREAKDOWN

Champion customer and market insight to deepen understanding of our audience, category dynamics and competitive landscape;

Translate brand positioning into a clear and effective demand-generation strategy across the marketing mix;

Lead all top-of-funnel, awareness- and consideration-driving brand activity;

Support major marketing strategic initiatives, investment, and international expansion;

Oversee Eldorado's owned and earned content strategy and community across organic social;

Lead brand partnerships and collaborations, identifying the right partners, shaping the creative concept and driving execution;

Lead and develop a high-performing team spanning brand, organic social, community and brand partnerships;

Collaborate closely with the wider Marketing team (Creative, SEO, PPC & Affiliate, Influencer, CRM) as well as Product, Data, and other cross-functional stakeholders.

👉 WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT

Proven experience in senior brand roles and 360 campaigns;

A track record of building brand love - you've run campaigns that moved the dial on awareness and consideration;

Sharp strategic thinking, with the ability to translate insight into a clear brand story and actionable plan;

Experience across owned, earned and paid brand channels, with a solid understanding of how they work together from top to mid funnel. Specifically, experience in creating and executing effective digital TV and/or 6+ digit budget YouTube awareness campaigns in the US is a must;

Strong creative judgment - you know what great looks and sounds like, and you can brief and push agency and support in-house teams to get there;

Experience in a rapidly growing marketplaces, e-commerce, gaming, or other high-volume digital business is a strong advantage;

Comfortable working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment where decisions are made quickly;

A genuine passion for culture, community, social media and what makes content shareable - you understand how brands earn attention, not just buy it;

Confidence with data - you use insight and brand metrics to make decisions, not just gut feel;

Experience managing agencies and managing and developing team members;

Fluency in Lithuanian and English.

👉 GROSS SALARY

The salary range for this position is 4500€ - 7500€ gross per month, depending on your experience.
