We are looking for a Head of Retail Sales Excellence to help how we serve private clients and grow our retail busines. This is a hands-on leadership role combining contribution to sales strategy, sales/frontline process development, customer experience, and operational efficiency.

Shape the sales strategy – contribute to the development and implementation of the private client sales strategy by assessing target customer segments, identifying product priorities, selecting the right channels and sales approaches, and turning strategic direction into concrete solutions and measurable results.

• A hands-on approach – you will not only set the direction but also analyse problems, develop solutions, design operating models and tools, and help drive their implementation.
• Strong stakeholder management – you will work across different functions and with decision-makers, balance different interests, communicate your recommendations clearly.
• Prioritisation and change management – you will identify the initiatives that create the greatest value, manage dependencies, adapt quickly to changing priorities and ensure consistent execution.
• Customer-centric thinking – you will base decisions on different customer needs and experiences while also looking for simplicity for employees and operational efficiency for the organisation.
• Analytical and systems thinking – you will see the bigger picture across the sales and customer service ecosystem, use data to identify root causes and build effective performance monitoring and control mechanisms.
• Expertise in Process Management Methodologies – demonstrated ability to apply LEAN, customer journey, service design, and other process optimization methodologies to improve business processes and customer experience.
