Pozicijos aprašymas

Santrauką ruošiame – kol kas originalus skelbimo tekstas.

The bank that’s closer to everyone — yes, that’s us.

We’re building a new digital bank from scratch — and data will be at the heart of it.

We’re creating a new data team to build a modern data platform from the ground up: scalable, cloud-native, reliable, and ready for the next generation of banking and AI.

As a Lead Data Engineer, you’ll take a leading role in turning that vision into reality. You’ll combine deep technical expertise with leadership, helping define our data engineering strategy, and enabling the team to deliver high-quality solutions.

Why this role?

Because this isn’t a role where you inherit someone else’s platform and roadmap.
You’ll help create them.
You’ll have the opportunity to shape the technical direction of a new digital bank, build a high-performing data engineering culture, and create a platform that can support everything from everyday banking to the next generation of AI-powered experiences.

To be #closer, you’ll bring

Strong experience in Data Engineering, with a track record of taking ownership of complex data platforms or products.
Experience designing scalable and reliable data architectures.
Experience leading technical initiatives and engineering teams.
Strong expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure.
Advanced programming skills in Python or another relevant programming language.
Hands-on experience with data orchestration technologies such as Apache Airflow, Prefect, or Mage.
Strong knowledge of modern software engineering practices, including Git, CI/CD, testing, code quality, and observability.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to align technical decisions with business goals.
A strong ownership mindset and the confidence to lead in a greenfield environment where not everything is defined yet.
