We're scaling our website tracking infrastructure to match our growth speed, and we're looking for a Senior Web Tracking Engineer to help pave the way. You'll take ownership of how we capture and deliver conversion signal across our platforms, ensuring accurate, reliable data reaches Meta, Google Ads, and Amplitude.

Location and contract

• Based in Lithuania: hybrid setup (Kaunas or Vilnius office) under a direct employment contract.
• Based elsewhere in Europe: fully remote, working as a contractor (B2B / service provider agreement).

Almost everything Hostinger knows about how people find us, sign up, and buy, starts with our team's data. We build and maintain the tracking that shows what drives growth, where marketing spend pays off, and how customers move across our products and channels.

We're a small team, so ownership is broad. Beyond implementing tracking, we help decide how performance is measured across the business. When systems disagree, attribution is unclear or key signals are missing, we're the ones who sort it out, so people can make decisions on data they trust.

You'll work with Performance Marketing, Affiliates, Product Analytics and Developers. We sit between what the business needs and what's technically possible: marketers get the signals they need to grow efficiently, and the systems behind them stay accurate and reliable as Hostinger scales.
