"IKI" is a place where people – whether they work in the office, in stores, in production, or in logistics – turn their passion for leading into ambitious achievements! We were the first in Lithuania to introduce French croissants and baguettes, open an autonomous store, and implement self-checkout stations and electronic price labels. These steps reflect our constant drive to stay one step ahead and shape the future of retail – innovative and sustainable. If you are looking for a dynamic, open-minded environment where you can grow and create innovations, a job at IKI might be closer than you think!
