We are looking for a Software Engineer (.NET) to join our research and development team. This position offers the chance to contribute to the development of cutting-edge gadgets from the ground up, working in collaboration with experts across multiple disciplines.

As a Software Engineer (.NET) at Light Conversion, your primary role centers on .NET development of applications, controlling our devices (75% multi-platform solutions using Blazor, 20% Windows desktop using WPF, 5% scientific libraries using Python). However, your collaboration extends beyond just software:

We are among the leaders in ultrashort pulse laser manufacturing. Our technologies are used worldwide - from medical devices to semiconductor production. Nobel Prize – winning research is conducted using our lasers, and they are in operation at CERN and in the laboratories of leading universities. Here, your ideas become real solutions that drive progress in science and technology.

The salary ranges from 4000 to 6500 EUR gross, depending on your experience and competencies. After the probation period, an additional variable compensation component is awarded, linked to your and your team’s performance, which can reach up to 10% of your quarterly salary.
