Ready to change the game?

At Business Intelligence, your data doesn’t just sit in dashboards – it drives real decisions. Our leadership knows your name, values your insights, and counts on your work to steer the business. You’ll own projects end-to-end, shape strategy, and solve complex challenges across teams using modern tools like Google Cloud. From logistics to marketing, your impact is real. And big.

We’re looking for a Data Analyst to help Orbio turn data into clear insights and actionable decisions. You’ll work with cross-functional teams, experiment with AI tools, and build practical data solutions that go beyond reporting to drive real business impact. If you’re excited about turning insights into action in a fast-moving environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Here’s what your journey could look like

• Work at the center of decision-making: Partner with multiple teams across the business, helping turn real operational and strategic questions into clear, data-backed direction.
• Move fast from problem to solution: Break down ambiguous challenges, connect data from different sources, and deliver insights that drive immediate action – not just reports.
• Experiment and build smarter solutions: Explore new tools (including AI-driven approaches where relevant), test ideas, and continuously improve how analysis is done at Orbio.
• Create data that others trust and use: Prepare and structure datasets that power recurring analysis and reporting, ensuring outputs are accurate, well-validated, and decision-ready.
• Raise the bar through ownership: Take full responsibility for your work, proactively follow through, question inconsistencies, and push for better solutions across teams.

Your part in the bigger picture

• Professional Experience: You bring 2+ years of hands-on experience in data analytics or a related technical role within a modern data environment, with a track record of delivering impactful, business-facing insights.
• SQL Expertise: You have advanced SQL skills and are fully comfortable working with complex joins, CTEs, window functions, and performance optimization in large-scale datasets.
• BI & Tool Adaptability: You have strong expertise in at least one BI tool and confidently adapt to new tools and technologies, selecting the most effective approach based on the problem — not habit.
• Ownership & Proactivity: You take full ownership of your work, proactively move initiatives forward, and hold a high standard for accuracy — digging into details and edge cases to ensure outputs are reliable and decision-ready.
• Technical Collaboration: You collaborate seamlessly with data engineering and IT teams, clearly defining requirements, validating logic, and ensuring solutions are scalable and technically sound.
• Data Governance Awareness: You understand data governance principles and actively contribute to maintaining clean, trustworthy, and well-documented data assets.
• Communication: You communicate clearly and confidently in both Lithuanian and English, translating technical findings into insights that drive action for business stakeholders.
