People Data Analyst

We are looking for a People Data Analyst to join our People Analytics Team. As Vinted grows with new products, locations and increasing complexity, there is a need to further support decision making in the company with people data. Your primary focus will be on analysing and interpreting data across the employee lifecycle, providing a holistic view from candidacy to alumni. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role: you will build and maintain the dashboards the People team and organization relies on, handle incoming analytics requests, and help co-create our People Analytics products alongside other analysts. You will also act as the dedicated analytics point of contact for our Talent Acquisition team - partnering with TA Operations, recruiters and TA leadership to make hiring data reliable, visible and useful. Reporting to the Director of People Strategy & Analytics, you will work within a team whose mandate is to accelerate people analytics at Vinted. You will work with data from various People systems such as Workday, Greenhouse and Peakon, presenting insights in a user-friendly way using Looker.

Workation policy: Better balance holidays with workdays by working remotely! Up to 90 days per year in the EU, of these, 21 days can be spent globally. For non-EU citizens, it's 21 days worldwide. This can be combined with time off for vacation or personal time.
