Join Hostinger's Delivery Automation team and help us engineer the future of work. As Full Stack Engineer (Automation & AI Agents), you'll build the internal platforms, tools, and AI agents that make our developers more productive, speed up software delivery, and take manual, repetitive work off teams across the company. It's a high-impact role on a small, senior team - you'll own real surface area from day one, designing automation that removes friction for engineers and shipping tools people actually enjoy using, backed by solid backend systems. AI and agent-based work is core to the job, not a side experiment: you'll help build and run DEX, our internal Slack AI assistant, and Hex, our autonomous coding agent that turns a well-scoped engineering task into a reviewable pull request. Your work will reach Product, Engineering, and beyond, as you work closely with people across the company to understand their problems, design solutions that hold up, and keep adopting new technology to improve how we build and ship.
