THE ROLE

This isn't a traditional support role: it exists at the intersection of customer experience and AI. The Hostinger Agent is already handling over 85% of customer conversations, and our specialists are the ones maintaining the quality high and stepping in for the complex cases that require deep troubleshooting.

YOUR JOURNEY

• 🏁 Customer Success Specialist → Mentor → CS Product Expert → CX AI Engineer 🚀
