B2B Marketing Manager
Ką veiksi
- Define positioning, messaging framework, and tone of voice. Work with design to shape the visual identity.
- Translate what the product does into what businesses want to hear. Turn real technical capabilities into clear B2B solutions that make sense to a marketing director or a founder.
- Own the B2B website end-to-end. Write the copy, structure the landing pages, and get it live. Then keep improving it based on what the data tells you.
- Figure out where our B2B buyers actually spend their time — LinkedIn, industry events, cold outreach — and build the go-to-market motion to reach them.
- Set up the lead generation engine. Content marketing, targeted outreach, paid experiments. The goal is to get the right people into the pipeline.
- Produce content that builds credibility before the first sales call: blog posts, whitepapers, success stories.
- Create the sales materials the team actually needs to have better conversations — decks, one-pagers, case studies.
- Work closely with the product owner, business development, marketing specialists, and other team members. Small team. Short feedback loops. Your work will be seen and used immediately.
Ko tikimasi
- 3+ years in B2B marketing — SaaS, AdTech, or tech services preferred
- You have launched something before. A product, a brand, a GTM motion. You know what zero-to-one looks like when it is not going well, and you know how to fix it.
- Comfortable writing B2B copy across different formats — website pages, outreach emails, longer-form content.
- You understand how B2B inbound actually works. Content that generates leads, not just traffic.
- You are okay not having everything figured out from day one. Some ambiguity is part of the job, and that does not put you off.
- Familiar with CRM, CMS, and analytics tools.
Ką siūlo
- You’ll be solving challenges for top-tier clients and collaborating with industry professionals. We’ll fuel your professional growth with vast internal and external learning resources and an environment of teaming up and knowledge sharing.
- We have the supply — a verified, on-demand global workforce and a growing roster of business clients. What we do not have yet is a brand, a positioning, or a repeatable way to grow. That is what this role is for.
- You start with something real and build the commercial layer on top of it. No playbook. Some ambiguity. A lot of ownership.
- Gross salary: Gross salary from 3,200 EUR/month — specific offer based on experience.
- Growth & Learning: 40+ internal learning options, external conferences, mentorship, and year-round knowledge-sharing.
- Health & Well-being: Private health insurance, psychotherapy, on-site well-being consultants, 24/7 gym access, and a wellness app.
- Celebration & Community: Team events, an overseas workation, quarterly team-building budgets, and plenty of ways to mark milestones together.
- Plus bonus vacation days, paid life-moment days off, barista coffee, and all the tools you need. See the full list of benefits here: https://career.oxylabs.io/blog/our-work-benefits/.
