- Manage the team's delivery according to business priorities, ensuring a smooth Agile flow and proactively removing implementation impediments.
- Own the product from a technical perspective, collaborating with technical stakeholders to set the right challenges and ensure technical excellence.
- Lead people management initiatives, including hiring, performance management, and continuous growth and development of team members.
- Communicate delivery expectations, statuses, and flags to the business, as well as align with external stakeholders and vendors on product development.
- Support other Decodo functions on product nuances, which includes participating in customer calls and meetings.
