- Write posts, replies, threads, comments and other social content.
- Engage daily with customers, partners, communities and industry accounts.
- Find relevant conversations and make sure our brands are part of them.
- Build relationships with customers, creators, partners and brand advocates.
- Monitor brand mentions, competitors, trends and new opportunities.
- Find opportunities for backlinks, third-party mentions, community discussions and organic distribution.
- Help improve our visibility across search engines, online communities and AI-generated recommendations.
- Experiment with new channels, formats and growth tactics.
- Proactively suggest and execute ideas instead of waiting for a task list.

- Experience in social media, community, content, growth marketing or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of platforms such as X, LinkedIn, Reddit, Discord and Telegram.
- Excellent written English and the ability to communicate naturally online.
- Comfortable working across multiple brands and audiences.
- Strong understanding of internet culture and online communities.
- Experience in fintech, crypto, SaaS, ecommerce or startups is a plus.
- Social media and community management.
- Strong copywriting.
- Online research and social listening.
- Relationship building.
- Fast execution and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to identify opportunities independently.
- Comfortable using AI tools for research, monitoring and content workflows.

We work with international partners and serve customers across multiple markets around the world.
For this role, you’ll work across a wider portfolio of businesses spanning fintech, B2B rewards and payouts, gift cards, travel, automotive marketplaces and consumer products.
That means very different audiences, communities and channels, from B2B decision-makers on LinkedIn to travelers, car enthusiasts and crypto users across X, Reddit, Discord, Telegram and other platforms.
About the Role
- We’re looking for a Social & Community Growth Manager who is extremely hands-on and knows how to make brands present online.
- You’ll write content, engage with users and customers, join relevant conversations, grow communities and constantly look for opportunities to increase our reach.
- This is not a strategy-only role. You’ll be the person writing the post, replying to the thread, joining the Discord, finding the Reddit discussion and spotting opportunities before someone asks you to.
- This is initially a 6-month fixed-term role.
